“I will not let anyone walk through my mind with their dirty feet.” ― Mahatma Gandhi

“No matter how corrupt, greedy, and heartless our government, our corporations, our media, and our religious & charitable institutions may become, the music will still be wonderful.”
Kurt Vonnegut, A Man Without a Country

“One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back.” ― Carl Sagan, The Demon-Haunted World: Science as a Candle in the Dark

our finances is work in progress

we are busy working

on equitable distribution.

if those who need more

are given less

we are still working,

our finances is work in progress.

what if our finances

are transferred abroad?

you don’t need to worry

tis part of our work in progress

when the monies are left here

what are they used for?

isn’t it better to take it

to where good use can be made of it?

when locusts bore into our finances

is that not work in progress?

when our leaders make no distinction

between communal purse and their purses

who says we are not working ?

there is no work that could be in progress

than that.

when we suffer in the midst of plenty

don’t we then agree that our finances

are work in progress?

we don’t need to worry

one day , one day we will finish work.
